WDS is lead by an experience management teams of Professional
Geologists ,Mining Engineer , Geotechnical Engineer and Technicians
who have significant hand on experience at every stage of Coal ,Gold
and Minerals exploration , Mine development and productions.

Mr. Pornchai Ketlek : CEO and Director
Mr. Ketlek  is  a  professional  political  science  Manager  and  MBA   in
financial  operations . He  is  the first who funded of the WDS corporation.
Mr.  Ketlek  has twenty  years of experience in Tin mining and at a senior
level manager in mineral and coal exploration in Laos (PDR) at Hongsa
Lignite  and  power  Plant  Project.  In  addition ,  At currently he is senior
manager in real estate projects of the Properties Perfects Public Company.
He is very good in human relationships and coworker of many level of the
people .

Mr. Surasit Areesiri : General Manager and Chief Mine Geologist
Mr. Areesiri is a professional Geological science Manager who is one of
committee funded and established  the WDS. He graduated in  Bachelor
degree  in  Geology  and  Master  degree in Gechemistry and Structural
Geology. He is professional experience in Coal exploration , Coal reserve
estimation ,  Coal  mine  Feasibility study.  In addition ,  he had worked  in
Department of High Ways many years, with this experience he  can  build
and  design the road structures for Mine development.  He  have “worked ,
studied and reported in Mine Feasibility of Gypsum Deposits at Suwanakhet
province, central of Laos(PDR). Another experience, he is the only one used
his own technique to carry out the shallow seismic tracks from Mini SOSIE
results and made the interpretation for 3D coal models for Hongsa Lignite
Deposits at Hongsa District , Sayaburi Province Laos (PDR). In  addition ,
he  is  expertise  in  Ceramic  Tile manufacturing processes and Cement
Manufacturing   Processes  because  of  he  have  worked  and  gained
experience  from  clay minerals in ball clay deposit studies, especially in
ball clay layers of the over burden of Hongsa Lignite deposits. In addition,
he have studied and got achievement in geochemistry characteristic and
limestone  compositions  of Meung Nguen limestone deposits at Meung
Ngeun district ,Sayaburi Province. He have studied in How to calculation
the Batch composition of Cement Types. Informer time in year 1991-1992,
He  is a consultant Mine Geologist of Siamcarbon company which is the
one  mine  supplied  of  sub-bituminous  coal  to  Siam Cement Plants at
Saraburi Province.

Mr. Apinun Suwanakunerd : General Technical Manager
Mr.  Suwanakumnerd  is  a  professional Geo-Technical works. He is one
of  our  committee  who  funded  and established the WDS. He graduated
in  technical  level  in  Mining  and  Geology from Songkha school of Mine
and  Geotechnical engineering and graduated in Bachelor in Geography
and Mapping from Ramkhamheng University. He gained more experience
in  coal  exploration , “coal  sampling ,  core  logging ,  core  sampling  for
geotechnical  property  tests.  Achievement  of  his  works recorded is the
Geotechnical properties study for the mine slope design of Hongsa Open
Pit at Hongsa Lignite Mine and Power Plant projects. He was the assistant
co-worker who help the sample preparations for PhD -Thesis for Dr. Pramoj
Laopraphapan , EGAT , Head  of  Geotechnical  Engineering  Department.
He expertise in rocks and core preparation for direct shear tests and have
been worked in SPT - tests for foundation studies for road, building , bridge
and power plant construction. In addition, He is the Mine contractor service
for coal mining at Krabi Coal Mine supplied coal about 45,000 tons of sub-
bituminous coal to Tungsong Cement Plants during in year 2006. Furthermore,
he is trained and experts in GIS- program , Mapinflo program.
